Cosmic Forecast for week of 8/21: an intuitive reading for us all.

What’s going on on our planet this week?

(New column by Chaya Grossberg)

This is a week of banishing old opinions of yourself.  Do you think you are lazy?  Infantile?  Immature?  It’s time to reframe the words you use to describe yourself.   Peaceful, innocent, filled with awe, would be good terms to switch to. Reframe reframe reframe.  This is the word of the week.  Elephants feel small in a thunderstorm.  You can always feel big or small depending on what you choose to focus on.  Choose to tie your own shoelaces before telling your friend their fly is undone; resolve your own problems before pointing out others flaws, even if theirs appear more pressing.  If someone responds to you with anger or annoyance it’s because you’re meddling in their affairs.  Take a deep breath and be grateful for the reminder to point your finger back at your own nose.  Get back to tweaking yourself, in the most loving of ways.  Take some time this week to turn your phone off, go out into nature, and listen to subtle sounds of birds chirping, wind blowing in the trees.

Drink of the week: water with fresh squeezed lemon right when you wake up each morning.

Most important supplements of the week to balance late summer: chlorella, probiotics.

Best foods to eat: ripe tomatoes, brocolli, garlic, rosemary, basil, thyme.  Think Italian feasts.

Best work to focus on this week:  Focus on writing, internal work, solitary projects you can do without input from others, for now.  Eventually you’ll get their input, but for now, stick with what you can do and feel purpose in without anyone else’s affirmation.  The doing is it’s own reward.

Luckiest day of the week: Thursday

Best day for a date with someone new: Friday

Best family day:  Monday

Best party days: Monday night or Tuesday

Best day for girls pow wow: Wednesday

Guys afternoon together: Friday

Another keyword for the week is rehearsal.  It’s a time to rehearse for something that will not be brought into the limelight until later in the year or perhaps next year.  Memorize your lines, gather your costumes, decide which character you’ll be playing, warm up your voice and your body.  Rehearsal now will pay off later (think $$$).
