A few tips for Winter and for now from Heartscience:
eat more seaweed
add more herbs and spices
make “wild tea” with herbs you pick and pine needles (very high in vitamin C and makes a delicious tea!)
sketch a quick business plan or write out a few intentions in 5 minutes
take 5 minutes a day to write in your journal
Thank you for being here. When I write my blogs each day or week, I access a part of me that is connected to all things, to you, to those you know.
That’s why I think so many people tell me my writing is healing for them and has dramatically changed their life. Some people even tell me my writing has saved their life, which in a way doesn’t surprise me because it has saved mine and that’s why I am so committed to it, not just for myself but for everyone.
There’s a trend to create scarcity in order to make money that I haven’t felt is my way. I will continue to write and share it with everyone every day for the rest of my life, or as long as I can.
It does, of course take a lot of energy and resources and I truly put every single bit of myself into it.
